Timothy "T.J." Elam
Founder & General ManagerTJ, raised in Napa Valley, developed a passion for wine. While studying business at Sonoma State University, he worked in sales at a winery in Russian River Valley, sparking his interest in winemaking. He gained hands-on experience in production by working a harvest and furthered his knowledge in Australia and at Williamson Wines in Healdsburg, CA. With the goal of creating his own wines, he pursued an MBA in Wine Business from SSU, using his industry connections to bring high-quality, locally farmed wines directly to consumers.

Francesca "Fran" Elam
Marketing Coordinator & Wine Club ManagerFrancesca, originally from the East Coast, has lived in Wine Country since she was three. After working her way up to director at a local preschool, she shifted her focus to major in Marketing and Wine Education. She gained experience in SEO, sales, and marketing while working at a website design and marketing company. In her free time, Francesca enjoys visiting wineries for market research and has a particular fondness for rosé, pinot noir from Sancerre, and lesser-known wines like Picpoul and Alicante Bouchet. At Stonemason, Francesca manages the wine club and Marketing Department, using her skills and charismatic personality to elevate the brand.
