  • Christine Dotti

    DVM

    Dr. Dotti graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. She practices general medicine but has a special interest in internal medicine and abdominal ultrasound. She completed a fellowship at UC Davis in small animal abdominal ultrasound in 2005. Dr. Dotti is married to a large animal veterinarian, has 2 children, and one very large cat named Guido. Dr. Dotti has been wth VCA Sequoia Valley Animal Hospital since June 1, 1992.

  • Randall Popkin

    DVM

    Dr. Popkin graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 and practiced in Michigan for 1 year before moving to California. He began working with show dogs in 1984. He began working with reproduction and infertility in 1987. He built Sequoia Valley Veterinary Hospital in 1992 and remained the owner until May 2003 when it became part of the VCA family. Dr. Popkin remained on staff and is still seeing appointments with limited availability, focusing on surgical and reproductive cases.

  • Lacey LaVigna

    DVM

    Dr. Lacey LaVigna was raised in Petaluma, California on her parents horse farm. She attended veterinary school at St. Matthew's University and University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated from in 2012. She completed a small animal rotating internship at East Bay Veterinary Specialists in 2013 before joining our team. Dr. LaVigna has a special interest in surgery and ultrasound. Outside of veterinary medicine she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, surfing, traveling and eating great food!. Dr. LaVigna has been with VCA Sequoia Valley Animal Hospital since October 1, 2013.

  • Sarah Schroer

    DVM

    Dr. Sarah Schroer is a 2003 graduate of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Her first veterinary position was at a mixed practice in Ferndale, CA. Dr. Schroer moved to Sonoma County in 2007 and spent four years working as a large animal veterinarian before returning to small animal practice. Dr. Schroer became a part of our team in September 2013. In her free time, Dr. Schroer is an avid cyclist and enjoys hiking and camping, She shares her home with an elderly cat named Benny.
